James Warner's love for automobiles started at an early age. While most two-year-olds are content riding in the family vehicle, James was already driving his family's vehicle. His curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong passion for driving, vehicles and helping people find the right transportation for their needs. After graduation, James entered the automotive industry and has spent nearly fifteen years helping customers purchase vehicles throughout Central Virginia.

 During that time, he built a reputation for honesty, professionalism and a genuine commitment to serving people rather than simply completing transactions. His experience includes years with some of Virginia's most respected dealership organizations, including Flow Subaru of Charlottesville and the Berglund Automotive Group.

Throughout his career, James discovered that while vehicles are important, the relationships built along the way matter much more. Customers returned not only because they trusted his knowledge, but because they knew they would be treated with respect and integrity.

In 2026, James founded Turnkey Cars with a simple vision: create a dealership experience centered on people first. By combining industry experience with a customer-focused approach, Turnkey Cars helps individuals and families buy, sell, trade, finance and source vehicles with confidence.

Juliana Warner

Vehicle Advisor

“Buying a vehicle shouldn’t be stressful. I’m here to help make it simple, enjoyable, and maybe even a little fun.”

Born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, Juliana Warner has always had a passion for vehicles. That passion started at an early age when her Uncle James (Warner) purchased her first Porsche—a motorized toy convertible that she proudly drove up and down the family driveway. While the vehicle may have been small, her enthusiasm for automobiles was anything but.

Known for her intelligence, positive attitude and natural ability to connect with people, Juliana has always enjoyed learning and helping others. After graduating from Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration, she chose to pursue a career in the automotive industry, combining her love of vehicles with her desire to serve customers.

Outside of work, Juliana is an automotive enthusiast in her own right. She currently maintains a personal collection of six antique vehicles, with two ongoing restoration projects. Her appreciation for both classic and modern vehicles gives her a unique perspective when helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs, budget and lifestyle.

As a Vehicle Advisor, Juliana is committed to creating a welcoming, pressure-free experience where customers feel informed, respected and confident throughout the vehicle-buying process.

Philip Warner

Sourcing Specialist

Philip Warner brings a unique combination of leadership, intelligence and persistence to Turnkey Cars. Known for his ability to build relationships and negotiate exceptional deals, Philip specializes in helping customers locate vehicles that may not be readily available through traditional inventory channels.

Before entering the automotive industry, Philip served honorably in the United States military, where he held significant leadership responsibilities and at one point was responsible for overseeing more than 400 personnel. The experience helped shape the discipline, attention to detail and problem-solving skills he brings to every customer interaction today.

Philip has spent years developing relationships throughout the automotive industry and holds dealer licenses in multiple jurisdictions across the United States. His extensive network and industry knowledge allow him to search beyond local inventory, helping customers locate vehicles that match their specific needs, preferences and budgets.

Whether sourcing a hard-to-find truck, a luxury vehicle, a specialty automobile or simply helping a customer find the right deal, Philip approaches every opportunity with determination and professionalism. Customers appreciate his ability to listen carefully, understand exactly what they're looking for and work tirelessly to help make it happen.

When he's not helping customers locate vehicles, Philip enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for automobiles. As a Tesla enthusiast and collector, he can often be found traveling throughout Virginia and Florida behind the wheel of one of his two Teslas.

Josh Warner

Acquisition Specialist

“Every vehicle has a value. My job is to help both sides arrive at a fair one.”

Born in Maryland during one of his family's many business travels, Joshua Warner was raised in Central Virginia in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. As the youngest of eight children, Josh learned early the value of hard work, resourcefulness and determination.

An Eagle Scout and honors graduate, Josh has always been drawn to entrepreneurship, problem-solving and the outdoors. Whether working on a vehicle, tackling a project or exploring the mountains or rivers, he approaches every challenge with the same practical mindset and attention to detail.

Like his five older brothers, Josh developed a passion for automobiles at a young age. Over the years, he has personally bought, sold, repaired and traded more than one hundred vehicles. Through that experience, he developed a keen understanding of vehicle values, common mechanical issues, reconditioning opportunities and what separates a good purchase from a costly mistake. 

As Turnkey Cars' Acquisition Specialist, Josh works directly with customers who are selling or trading vehicles. His goal is simple: provide fair evaluations, honest communication and a straightforward process. Customers appreciate his ability to recognize value, identify potential concerns and help create solutions that benefit everyone involved.

Known for his integrity, strong work ethic and willingness to help others, Josh believes that trust is earned through honesty and consistent effort. He brings those principles to every transaction and every customer interaction.

When he's not evaluating vehicles, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing entrepreneurial ventures and continuing his lifelong passion for automobiles.

Victoria Warner

“An accurate bean counter who is equally passionate about helping people get the transportation they need.”

Victoria Warner's love of vehicles began at an early age. While many children were content riding along, Victoria was usually the one asking to sit on her father's lap and help steer the family vehicle. That early curiosity, combined with a lifelong passion for learning, helped shape the capable and versatile professional she is today.

Born and raised in Central Virginia, Victoria graduated with honors from Amherst County High School before earning her degree in Music Education from Liberty University. Her diverse background reflects both her intellectual curiosity and her commitment to helping others succeed.

Today, Victoria balances multiple professional roles, including teaching high school students and managing the financial operations of Turnkey Cars. As Finance & Accounting Manager, she oversees dealership accounting, financial records and customer financing assistance.

Victoria understands that purchasing a vehicle is often one of the most significant financial decisions a family will make. She works closely with customers to help them understand their options, navigate the financing process and identify solutions that fit their individual circumstances. Her combination of analytical precision and genuine compassion allows her to serve customers with both accuracy and understanding.

Customers appreciate Victoria's friendly personality, attention to detail and willingness to take the time to listen. Whether she's balancing the books or helping someone secure financing for their next vehicle, her goal remains the same: helping people move forward with confidence.
