Turnkey Cars is a family-owned and operated dealership built on a simple belief: people matter more than transactions.
After spending nearly fifteen years in the automotive industry, our founder saw firsthand that many customers were looking for something more than a vehicle. They wanted honest advice, fair treatment and a dealership they could trust. Too often, the car-buying experience felt rushed, impersonal and focused on quotas rather than relationships.

At Turnkey Cars, we believe our customers deserve more than a clean vehicle and a handshake. Every vehicle we offer for sale must meet our standards for quality, safety and transparency before it reaches our inventory. While no pre-owned vehicle is perfect, we are committed to identifying concerns, addressing issues where appropriate and providing our customers with the information they need to make confident, informed decisions.

Vehicle Inspection Process
Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection designed to identify safety concerns, mechanical issues and cosmetic deficiencies. Our evaluation includes major vehicle systems such as brakes, steering, suspension, tires, lighting, battery condition, fluid levels and visible drivetrain components. Vehicles that do not meet our minimum standards may be repaired, reconditioned or declined for inventory altogether.
Reconditioning Standards
Whenever practical and economically reasonable, vehicles are reconditioned to improve safety, reliability, appearance and overall customer satisfaction. Reconditioning may include mechanical repairs, maintenance services, cosmetic improvements, detailing and replacement of worn components. Our objective is to present each vehicle in the best condition possible while maintaining fair and transparent pricing.
Vehicle History Review
We review available vehicle history information to identify reported accidents, title concerns, ownership history and other significant events that may affect a vehicle’s value or desirability. While third-party history reports are valuable tools, they are not always complete. For that reason, we combine available history information with physical inspection and evaluation procedures to provide a more comprehensive assessment.
Recall Verification Process
Vehicle safety recalls are reviewed using available manufacturer and government resources. When an open recall is identified, we will make reasonable efforts to inform prospective buyers and, when feasible, complete the recall service through an authorized manufacturer service center prior to the sale. Customer safety remains one of our highest priorities.

Not every vehicle qualifies for our inventory. We carefully evaluate age, condition, maintenance history, mechanical soundness and overall value before offering a vehicle for sale.
